Belmont Forum Shopping Centre - Car Deck ($2m)
A two storey carpark structure that was commissioned to Pritchard Francis by the same Architect based on our innovative design and successful result on a similar structure at another retail site.
A clever use of precast concrete walls and panels provided an aesthetically pleasing result. The prestressed post tensioned slab required careful detailing around the edges to ensure shrinkage movements could be accommodated without overstressing the fabric of the structure.
