Braemore Street Subdvision
This 31 lot subdivision was completed during the winter of 2004, on time and within budget. New roads, drainage, sewage, telephone, power and street lighting services were extended from surrounding developed areas into this new subdivision. Significant challenges faced in this project were incorporation of a community park, diversion of services around trees, and the retention of trees and other amenities to satisfy Council
