This mixed multi-storey resort complex consists of both retail and residential accommodation together with underground parking.
Built under a design and construct contract the project utilises precast tilt up retaining walls and a precast suspended flooring system supported on load bearing brickwork to the upper floors.
Located directly on the waterfront, due consideration was given in the design and specification of concrete elements and exposed structural steel elements built into brickwork to ensure durability.
Speed of construction and cost efficiency were key aspects that determined the correct structural solution for this project.
