Broadway Fair - Car Deck
The courtyard to this highly successful, three storey shopping village complex was roofed over one weekend. It provides permanent shelter to patrons three floors below.
120T cranes reaching large distances were used to position the prefabricated components. No new columns or footings were required, the existing structure providing all the support needed.
At a cost of less than $250/m², the end result met all budgetary constraints and has been well received by both shoppers and owners.
