Canning Vale Warehouse & Distribution Centre ($7m)
Pritchard Francis has provided local representation for a number of Eastern States consulting firms. These joint arrangements have involved projects ranging from heavy industrial processing plants, through to civil works, commercial, retail and industrial warehouses. Much of this work has resulted from recommendations by others. The latest example of this is a Canning Vale warehouse and distribution centre.
This $7 million project incorporates 8000m² of warehouse space, with post tensioned floors, 1500m² of external metal deck roofing and 7000m² of post tensioned external concrete paving.
