This three level medical centre achieved structural completion in less than four months, including piling of existing adjacent boundary structures. The speed in construction was achieved through concrete panel boundary walls and reinforced concrete frame structure. Upper level external walls are fully shop welded light gauge steel trusses which allowed fast on site installation.
