Commercial Development, Walters Drive ($9m)

This 4 storey development included 4,500m2 "A Grade" office space as well as a communal balcony and under-cover parking.

Located on a challenging site, below ground "transfer rafts" resting on screw piles were designed to distribute load away from a minister's sewer, which ran directly below the building footprint.  Sustainability was also a key consideration in this project, which achieved a 4.5 star AGBR, "as designed" rating.
