This existing aged care facility caters for aged independent living accommodation. New works comprised of 5 villa units, 20 stacked housing units, 20 row housing units and a community centre.
Pritchard Francis undertook civil and structural engineering and site inspection services under a design and construct contract. Traditional domestic consturciton techniques were utilised throughout the project.
