Pritchard Francis provided civil and structural engineering services for this new shopping centre. The centre comprised 1,200m² of retail space including IGA and specialty shops.
Civil works included the documentation of carparking, stormwater drainage and the extension of the Russell Road slip lane to Main Roads WA approval.
