A new integrated 54 bed residential aged care facility. the cyclonic region, unique ground conditions and sensitive stormwater management issues made this project unique and challenging.
the remote location made the method of construction and material selection critical to the success of the project. The challenge was to incorporate lightweight construction methods while maintaining aesthetic and engineering design requirements in a cyclonic region.
