Ocean Drive, Quinns Rock
Pritchard Francis undertook design and documentation of the roadworks for the City of Wanneroo's upgrade of Ocean Drive Stage 2 in Quinns Rock.
The works involved 800m of retaining walls of varying heights to suit the road profile providing a consistent visual outcome to match Stage 1.
Liaison with the City to address clearing, construction methodology, road works, stormwater drainage and service relocations was required to minimise impact on the existing sand dunes.
