Pechey Road Subdivision, Jane Brook
This rural subdivision west of Midland presents major challenges related to clayey, impermeable soils and draining into Jane Brook. Pritchard Francis was commissioned to review a previous design, make improvements and proceed to the tender and construction phase.
Prichard Francis provided full design, documentation and contract administration services for this semi-rural subdivision in Perth’s eastern hill suburbs. Stormwater management required runoff via overland flow on a sloping site and pavement design accommodated clay soil.
