A new development containing a 60 bed aged care facility along with 37 independent living units. Pritchard Francis provided civil and structural services for Stage 1 and were subsequently invited under a design and construct contract to undertake Stage 2. Careful consideration was given to ensure that detailing was simple and repetitive. This reflected in lower tender prices.
