Success Central Subdivision
Stage Two Stella Orion Apartments involved subdivision of four group housing lots including bulk earthworks, water and sewer reticulation, roadworks and stormwater drainage for a 241 residential unit development. A fast tracked construction program required the developer to commence construction of the units during the subdivisional contract. Liaison and coordination between the builder and subdivision contractor was successfully managed by Pritchard Francis to meet program dates.
Stage Three involved subdivision of four group housing lots including bulk earthworks, sheet piling, water and sewer reticulation, roadowrks, power, telecommunications and stormwater drainage for 180 residential units. Sheet piling and bulk earthworks to suit the proposed five storey buildings adjacent to a busy regional shopping centre were managed resulting in a successful outcome.
