Sulman Ave Stairs
A new galvanised steel stair and accessway from the river foreshore up to the end of Sulman Avenue in salter Point, to replace an existing ageing and potentially unsafe accessway.
Fire resistant, durable and maintenance free consturciton, with minimal disturbance of the existing vegetation and embankment face were prime requirements of the design brief.
