Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan

Pritchard Francis is proud to have recently progressed from a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan to an Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This represents an exceptional achievement for a Firm of our size and type.

We believe this initiative is fundamental to bridging the gap, removing barriers and improving relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our Firm has a strong culture of accepting and embracing diversity, both within the workplace and in the way we engage with others. This principle value is the cornerstone of our RAP. Our aim is to encourage increased respect for differing cultures, create a more trusting environment for sincere engagement, and develop a better understanding and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and histories.

The implementation of our second RAP demonstrates our ongoing commitment and journey towards reconciliation as we continue to work towards Closing the Gap.
