Congratulations to Project Leader Miriam Salter, recipient of the Property Council of Australia’s WA Chapter 2016 Future Leader award in the category of Design.

The Property Council awards acknowledge, encourage and promote positive contributions made to the industry by young property professionals in Western Australia. Awards are recognized in the categories of Advisory, Management, Development & Construction, Planning, Design and Transaction. Winners from the WA awards are also eligible for nomination at the national awards, which will take place in Sydney on May 5, 2017.

Miriam’s nomination recognized her commitment to sustainability and innovation in her work in both Sydney and Perth, as well as her passion for mentoring younger engineers in developing their technical and non-technical skills. Three highlighted projects Miriam has been involved with, which have helped to shape Western Australia’s landscape, have included Richmond Quarter - a $90M mixed use development in East Fremantle, Tribeca at the Springs – a $97M, three stage development in Rivervale, and Peter Moyes Anglican College in Mindarie.

We congratulate Miriam on this exciting achievement.
