Pritchard Francis completed the detailed design, contract administration and site superintendence of all civil works for this project. This included demolition of existing infrastructure, namely retaining walls, a tennis court, car park and parkland facilities to accommodate the newly formed 11 Green Title lots, 12 strata lots and 1 commercial lot (which is now Dome Café).

We also designed, documented and supervised construction of both the internal and external servicing to the site, as well as design and structural detailing of the new feature wall immediately adjacent Brampton Park on Kingsbridge Boulevard.

Works had to be carried out in a manner so as not to disturb the existing trees, lake, footpaths and community infrastructure which was successfully managed with the Local Authority.

Pritchard Francis was also involved in the design development of the builtform, allowing the designs to be integrated into the building requirements.
