The Living Edge is a 180 lot greenfield subdivision located along Woolcoot Road, Wellard in the City of Kwinana.
Pritchard Francis has been involved in the project from the initial due diligence investigation, providing input to the layout of the site with respect to engineering constraints at LSP stage, master planning, detailed design, tendering and contract administration.
The development has involved conservation category wetland, boundary buffer realignment and subsequent lot layout change, the IOF cable and sewer crossing, as well as a forward earthworks package.
