  • Precast feature panels.

The four storey development includes 4,500m² “A Grade” office space as well as a communal balcony and under cover parking.

Located on a challenging site involving below ground “transfer rafts” resting on screw piles, this project was designed to distribute load away from a minister sewer which ran directly below the building footprint.

Coloured exposed aggregate feature panels were incorporated into the façade system, combined with Alucobond and clad stone elements.

Sustainability was also a key consideration in this project, which achieved a 4.5 Star Green Star, “as designed” rating.
