Pritchard Francis has undertaken work at both Duncraig and Carramar campuses since 1987. Works undertaken have included projects at the existing Duncraig Campus as well as all stages of the Carramar Campus since inception in 1999. The Pritchard Francis team acted as the structural and civil engineering consultant on many of these projects consisting of structural and building design as well as civil car parking and stormwater designs.
The many structures designed for St Stephens including a performing arts centre with awkward level changes, tiered structural forms and large clear span roof structure, a brand new primary and secondary school at the Carramar campus including library and administration, science & technology, technology centre and a gymnasium which had major retaining to two sides of the building and the need for large open spans.
Pritchard Francis has also undertaken many additions and alterations within both campuses and this has required careful planning and consultation to ensure minimum disruption for staff and students.
