The development is comprised of a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and semi covered car parking area.
JCY Architects and Urban Designers appointed Pritchard Francis to provide structural, civil and geotech consultancy services. The geotechnical scope of work will be undertaken by Pritchard Francis sub consultant, Galt Geotechnics.
