The Singleton Shopping Centre development is a new mixed use development, located within the Vista Singleton Beach Road residential subdivision on Mandurah Road, approximately 55km south of Perth CBD.
NS Projects engaged Pritchard Francis to provide structural and civil engineering consultancy services for the project.
The proposed development includes construction of a 3,800m2 Woolworths supermarket, retail tenancies, a medical centre, approximately 350 car parking bays, associated landscaping and pedestrian pathways, along with three pad sites (two fast food tenancies and a petrol station) located to the southwest corner of the site which will be subdivided with services provided.
