EZONE UWA has been conceived to create a new learning, teaching and research environment encompassing the existing Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics facilities at The University of Western Australia and will comprise new and refurbished buildings to improve the functionality, utilisation and amenity of the west side of the campus.

The Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics is located on the western flank of the UWA Crawley campus, between Fairway and James Oval. EZONE UWA is located within the Mid Campus Precinct.

The University of Western Australia has appointed Pritchard Francis to provide civil and structural engineering consultancy services for Stages 1A and 1B of the project, which are proposed to include five refurbishment projects within two of the existing Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics buildings, as well as construction of a new building which will incorporate a range of teaching and research spaces, including HDR and academic workspaces, administration support, teaching and specialist labs.
