- Pritchard Francis engaged with the Geotechnical Consultant to push the limit on acceptable settlements to reduce footing sizes. As the footings were located at lower basement level, this resulted in significant saving on excavation, concrete and reinforcement.
- The Pritchard Francis team investigated four (4) different slab construction options to determine the most cost effective. This required early liaison with the Quantity Surveyor at the beginning of schematic design stage.

- Off form concrete finishes and exposed soffits to reflect site’s previous industrial use.
Lot 208 Price Street is a 93 unit multi-residential complex, forming part of the redevelopment of one of Subiaco’s former light industrial zones.
The development consists of five storeys above ground with two basement levels of car parking and storage, roof deck, pool, gym, cabana, barbeque, lounge and meeting room facilities.
Pritchard Francis was engaged by Hillam Architects to provide structural and civil engineering consultancy services for the project.
