Harrisdale Primary School - Forward Works

The Department of Education purchased the unimproved 3.5ha site in the Heron Park Subdivision for the Primary School.

Pritchard Francis completed the design and documentation of a forward works package to reduce the constraints of the overall delivery programme.

Pritchard Francis liaised extensively with the neighbouring Developers, Developers’ Consultant Teams and City of Armadale to ensure compliance with requirements of completing the works under the subdivision’s WAPC Conditions rather than a Development Application further reducing the timeline for approvals.

Pritchard Francis sub consulted to EIW Architects and provided additional site supervision and expertise to the team to deliver the works in a timely manner to be novated to Builder for the main works package.
