Botanical is an 82 unit five storey multi-residential mixed use project with three levels of underground car park, rooftop terrace, and ground level commercial space. The development also proposes an open five storey courtyard.
The development aims to employ various passive and active strategies to achieve a benchmark 4 Star Green Star Rating (GBCA) and an average 7 Star NaTHERS rating. The project includes external planter boxes with climbing vegetation to soften the building façade.
