  • Detailing the new lift core and columns to be tied into the existing 600mm raft foundation.
  • Using permanent formwork walls to act as deep beams at level one to span onto car park columns, reducing slab depths for the transfer slab.

The Tribeca residential development is a collection of three boldly designed apartment buildings in Perth’s newest urban precinct, The Springs. The Springs Rivervale is a 14.7 hectare site developed by LandCorp.
