Value Engineering Solution
- Detailing the new lift core and columns to be tied into the existing 600mm raft foundation.
- Using permanent formwork walls to act as deep beams at level one to span onto car park columns, reducing slab depths for the transfer slab.
Unique Design Items
- Concrete feature roof and awnings.
- Using fabricated precast columns and walls from the previous design and detailing them to fit the building.
