Located in Subiaco, the Station Street Markets site is undergoing major redevelopment to construct a proposed new five storey mixed use retail and commercial building which comprises a Coles, Target, specialty retail tenancies and two level office. The project also includes a two level basement car parking and parking deck on Level 2.

Pritchard Francis provided civil and structural engineering consultancy services for the overall development as well as providing lead consultancy services for the forward works package - which involved early construction of the basement.
