International School of WA Relocation

Pritchard Francis were engaged to carry out the civil and structural engineering services for the International School of WA relocation from City Beach to the original Doubleview primary school site.

The project included the refurbishment of a number of existing teaching blocks, a new gym and a new two-storey teaching block. Civil works involved extensive landscaping and new car parking.

The Project challenges that Pritchard Francis encountered included interfaces between new and existing buildings, repair of corroded steelwork and incorporating rammed earth walls into the design of the new buildings.
