The Tribeca residential development is a collection of three boldly designed apartment buildings in Perth’s newest urban precinct, The Springs. The Springs Rivervale is a 14.7ha site developed by LandCorp.

Tribeca offers an exciting new way of life with its resort style facilities, prime location beside the river and parklands, proximity to the City, Crown Perth, new sports stadium and major transport routes.

Tribeca South comprises of 72 apartments across six levels, in single, double and triple bed configurations with basement carparking facilities.

BGC Developments engaged Pritchard Francis to complete the structural design and documentation as well as site inspection services.

To minimise structural depths, the floors are post-tensioned suspended slabs allowing for longer spans and reduced reinforcement. This cost-effective floor solution, combined with the use of permanent formwork load-bearing walls, allows for faster construction times per level. Sheet piles have been used to the perimeter of the basement to provide temporary retaining walls.

Pritchard Francis commissioned an early forward works package to allow the builder to gain early access to the site. This has significantly reduced construction timeframes.
