Stirling Central Shopping Centre

Stirling Central Shopping Centre has undergone major redevelopment and upgrade works. Internal and external alterations and additions incorporated changes to existing major tenancies to accommodate new tenancies, improved specialty stores, office space, refurbishment of the existing malls and amenities, and a reconfigured car park.

Pritchard Francis provided civil and structural engineering services. Site works included levelling the existing car parking area, external pedestrian access ways and paths, new loading dock, utilities and services, landscaping and other associated works. The centre will include a refreshed Target, reconfigured Woolworths supermarket and new BWS liquor store.
