Woolworths is constructing a two-storey mixed use commercial development on Reynolds Road in Mount Pleasant comprising of a 3,266m2 supermarket, medical centre, office tenancies and two levels of basement car parking.
Woolworths engaged Pritchard Francis to provide civil and structural engineering consultancy services for the project.
The scope involves civil and structural design, documentation and site administration during construction and Reynolds Road upgrade works as well as undertake turning templates within the site, provide recommendations regarding levels of the podium over the basement, and review disposal of stormwater drainage within the basement.
