The Spot development is a 150 lot coastal residential estate on the southern edge of Two Rocks approximately 60kms north of Perth. Pritchard Francis' involvement has included planning stage input, modifying major external infrastructure, UXO searching and the design, documentation, contract administration and site superintendence of this, the first stage of development.
A critical consideration for the site was the cost management of staging and earthworks whilst ensuring the surrounding coastal dune environment was integrated.
